Pet Policy

As a Timberland Partners community, we believe pets deserve a paw-fect home as well! Read on for more details about our pet-friendly apartments, including pet policies and amenities.

Cats

Allowed | One time Fee $200

Rent $30 | Deposit $150

Dogs

Allowed | One time Fee $250

Rent $30 | Deposit $150

Comments: Fees are per pet. $50 DNA Registration Fee (PooPrints).

Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Dogs must be 6 months of age or older.

The following dog breeds are restricted (except in the case of an approved reasonable accommodation). Additional breeds restricted by local or state ordinances and/or laws are also enforced.

PET REGISTRATION

All pets must be registered with our management office. Unregistered pets are considered unauthorized. Residents are required to provide veterinary verification of age, weight, and vaccination history, along with a photo of their pet(s).

DOG PARK

Let your pet run wild and have a great time at our on-site dog park! This fenced-in area provides a fun environment to exercise, socialize, and burn off energy.

DOG SPA

Pamper your pet at our on-site pet wash station and spa, designed to make grooming a breeze. With all the necessary amenities, you can keep your furry friend looking their best without leaving the comfort of home.

PET WASTE STATIONS

Our community is thoughtfully equipped with pet waste stations, making it easy for residents to clean up after their pets. These stations help keep our grounds clean and enjoyable for everyone.

POOPRINTS

We want to ensure that we provide a clean neighborhood for all of our residents. To help with the goal of minimizing pet waste throughout our community, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab ($50 fee).

CAGED PETS

Certain caged pets are also welcome in our community, including but not limited to chinchillas, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, non-venomous reptiles, birds, and fish. Animals that are not allowed include spiders and potbelly pigs. We allow one pet cage per apartment. For further information on our pet policy and fees associated, please contact our team.
