We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

The Avery is located within Farmington R-7 School District. Nearby schools include Roosevelt Elementary, Farmington Middle, and Farmington Sr. High School. Were also just a 15-minute drive from Mineral Area College.

We do not currently participate in any affordable housing programs. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

All residents can park for free in our community parking lot. Select homes feature assigned parking or 1 or 2-stall garages for $135/month.

Yes, our community offers flexible rent payment options through Flex. This service allows residents to split their monthly rent into two payments, helping them pay on time, improve cash flow, and build credit history.
